About Me
Originally from the U.S., but I’m currently based out of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel a lot in my life. Living around the world from the age of 5, serving in the U.S. Marines and U.S. Peace Corps, and through some exploration of my own.
I began taking photos as a Marine Scout/Sniper, focusing on the intelligence gathering. Although, I suppose if we count playing with my parents’ cameras as a child I started much younger. Some of those masterpieces made it into the family albums, regardless of whether there are heads in the shot or not, but I wouldn’t say that was my true starting point.
Anyway, eventually, photography became a way of capturing the fleeting moments of life and transient memories. My philosophy of photography seems to continuously evolve. In many ways, curiosity is the basis of who we are and who we can become. It drives our desire to explore, discover and fight stagnancy in personal growth and creativity. And, for me, photography is a tool to feed this curiosity and reminds me to never be satisfied with what I think I know of this world.
I’m passionate about using photography to promote curiosity and encourage discovery.
Services
Generally, a great deal of my work is for various aspects of travel, culture and documentation. However, as I’m currently living in Bulgaria, my services are a bit more expanded than usual. At the moment, I tend to focus on:
– Portraits (Business, Individual, and Family)
– Events
– Workshops
Photography workshops are often for youth or beginning photographers to help develop photography skills, creativity, and foster curiosity. If any of these services are something you would be interested in, you like my style, and think we would work well together then hit the button below, fill out the form and I’ll get back to you.
As far as pricing goes — there are so many variables that come into play that I really need to talk to you first.
I look forward to hearing from you!
